Worth a Stop This Week
If you haven’t been to Red & Louie’s in Hermosa yet, it’s worth a stop. They’re serving up true Chicago-style thin crust — crispy, square-cut, and done right — along with classic deep dish, all baked in a stone oven brought over from Italy. It’s the perfect spot if you’re craving something cheesy, crispy, and seriously good.
