The City of Hermosa Beach invites the community to gather in remembrance on the anniversary of September 11. Two ceremonies will be held at local memorials:
Wreath Laying Ceremony at 7:30 AM at the 9/11 Memorial on the Greenbelt at Pier Ave. Flowers will be provided for the public to lay at the memorial in a quiet moment of reflection.
Memorial Ceremony at 9:00 AM at the 9/11 Memorial on the southwest corner of 15th Street & Valley Drive. This short service honors the lives lost and the resilience of our nation.
Both events provide an opportunity for neighbors to come together, reflect, and pay their respects.
