👋 Hello South Bay,

Hope your Memorial Day weekend gave you a good reset. Fiesta Hermosa was packed, the beach cities were out and about, and it felt like everyone was making the most of the long weekend. Now we’re closing out May with a sprint… literally. There are three 5Ks happening this weekend alone. Add in live music, a surf contest, and a packed weekend, and it feels like summer’s already getting started.

This beloved South Bay trail race winds through RHE’s scenic bridle paths, offering both 5K and 10K options. Chip-timed and trophy-awarded, it’s a community race that delivers fresh air, fitness, and fun — no dogs or strollers on the course.
